hereby grants a non-exclusive non-transferrable licence for the
"SNP Assistant" software package (SOFTWARE) to You (LICENSEE) at
the following conditions:
1. The software is intellectual property of BioData Ltd. No property
rights with respect to the SOFTWARE or documentation shall transfer
to the LICENSEE through this agreement.
2. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble or create derivative
works from the SOFTWARE.
3. Evaluation Licence Terms.
You may use this SOFTWARE without charge for a period of thirty (30)
days. You are free to distribute exact copies of the Evaluation version
of the SOFTWARE to anyone. You are prohibited from selling or requesting
donations for any copies of the SOFTWARE you distribute. You must
include a copy of this license with any copy of the SOFTWARE. You may
not remove or alter any identification, proprietary notice, label or
trademarks which appear on or in the SOFTWARE.
4. Full License Terms.
Continued use of the SOFTWARE after the thirty (30) day period
requires purchase of a full license and registration code.
You are prohibited from distributing the registration code.
You may personally use the full version of the SOFTWARE on one or more
computers, but not concurrently.
You may not provide third parties access to the SOFTWARE in connection
with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business,
or use the SOFTWARE in a business to provide services to third parties
without the prior consent of BioData Ltd.
If you have not paid the licence fee, you may do so by visiting
http://www.biodata.ee/ on the Internet.
4. The BioData Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for the
SOFTWARE and the use of the SOFTWARE. BioData Ltd. will not assume
any liability for damages occurring through the use of the SOFTWARE.
BioData Ltd. does not guarantee the suitability of the SOFTWARE for
any applications.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this licence agreement. If you do not
agree to the following terms, please do not use, install or
distribute this SOFTWARE.
