We are prepared to design microarrays with up to 100 000 different SNPs.

The design process contains the following components:

- SNP selection for the experiment
- extension primer design and quality prediction
- PCR primer multiplex
- chip test (all PCR products vs. all APEX primers)

Results are typically returned to the client within 1-2 working days.
