Biodata - PCR Design, Chip Design and Genetic Analysis Software

BioData Ltd. is a bioinformatics company that is specialized to development of methods and software for large-scale SNP genotyping. Our emphasis is on fully automated systems for automatic processing and analysis of large datasets. We work in close collaboration with Estonian Biocentre and University of Tartu to ensure highest quality of our work. Development of the Chip Designer software package is supported by Estonian Technology Agency.

We offer various forms of collaboration with clients:

a) on-line access to the ChipDesigner package
b) standalone programs for Windows OS
c) design of microarrays as a service
d) installation of a in-house web-server with the ChipDesigner package
e) research collaboration for development of new methods and algorithms
